What
is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™?
It
is a family of tools to enable companies to uncover strategy

roots of strategy in real time and Serious Play are found
in the work of researchers at the Imagination Lab Foundation
in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Owen Graduate School of
Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, USA.

of a need to have strategy that works in a dynamic marketplace
that is changing faster than the speed of planning. How
